Trogir's open-air market sits just over the bridge on the mainland side, along the canal by Kardinala Alojzija Stepinca — a couple of minutes' walk from the old town's north gate. Keep it simple — good bread, ripe tomatoes, a bit of local cheese and something off the grill goes a long way here.
